Trauma Recovery Coaching Process

Starting to walk in your healing journey will be the most challenging, yet rewarding and gratifying moment you will face in this learning path. You will see and experience your genuine self from a different perspective. I will meet you where you are at the moment, and from there we will determine what steps will take together. You are the creator of your unique recovery goals and actions steps that actively take you to a more healthier place and fulfilling place on day at a time.

A. The Map

I know as a trauma survivor we want to go right away to find the right path that will direct us to healing. But we must first acknowledge, where you have been and where you are now. So, we will explore in order to discover in your inner map.

B. The Direction Posts and Milestones

Once you are clear of how you end up where you are and how life has sculpted you, then you will have a clearer vision of where you want to go. Will you continue to discover and unpack through feelings and emotions. Your recovery goals will be your goal post or direction post, as well your action steps will be milestones in your path. Also, we will look deeply together when faced with obstacles.

C. Walk The Quest Journey

In every session this beautiful terrain full of discoveries and surprises will organically unfolds while your transformation set you up to walk in your truth, inner peace, and freedom.
