The information on this site is educational and general only. These Terms apply to use of the site. My coaching services are governed by a separate signed client agreement.

This site and my services are for adults 21 and older, the age of majority in Puerto Rico. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 21 and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Please use the site lawfully and respectfully, and do not post, send, or attempt anything that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the site or others.

I am a certified coach, not a licensed physician, therapist, or mental health professional. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical or psychiatric care, or treatment for any condition, including trauma or addiction and compulsive behaviors. I do not diagnose or treat, and coaching does not replace professional care. Please consult a licensed professional for your medical or mental health needs, and do not change any medication or treatment because of anything on this site or in coaching.
Visiting this site, subscribing to emails, or contacting me does not create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only when we both sign a client agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable US federal law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arecibo, Puerto Rico, unless the law requires otherwise.

I may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date below shows the latest version.
GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. My not enforcing a provision does not waive it. These Terms and my Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about use of this site.
