If you fill out a contact or booking form, subscribe to my email list, or join a waitlist, I collect your name, email address, and any details you include in your message. If you purchase a service or program, your payment details are entered with a payment processor, and I do not store your card information.
Please do not send detailed personal or sensitive accounts through website forms or regular email. Those conversations belong in sessions. Information shared in coaching sessions is covered by my client agreement, not this policy.

I use third-party tools to schedule calls, process payments, send emails, host video sessions, and store client files. These tools may share with me the information you gave them so I can provide and communicate about my services. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

When you visit this site, I may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit.
