I’m a trauma survivor myself. That same journey brought me here — to become the guide I once needed. Today, as a bilingual Coach (English/Spanish), Certified Trauma Care Practitioner, IFS Certified Level 3 Practitioner and Betrayal Trauma Specialist, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to this work.

I specialize in supporting high-functioning individuals who, beneath a capable and composed exterior, quietly carry the shame and emotional weight that life’s hardest experiences leave behind. Through trauma-informed coaching, I offer a safe space to explore your inner experience, gently heal what has been difficult to carry, and rebuild a deeper sense of emotional well-being — at your own pace, with all the care you deserve.

Our approach focus on your unique journey and fostering personal growth through compassionate exploration.

Together, we navigate the complexities of your experiences, honoring your pace and individuality.

  • Feeling on guard or always braced for something to go wrong, even when things are calm
  • Strong emotions that feel hard to steady, or a sense of going numb or disconnected
  • A harsh inner critic, deep shame, or a feeling of being “too much” or “not enough”
  • Difficulty trusting or letting people in, or fear of being left or hurt
  • Patterns in relationships, such as people-pleasing, pulling away, or losing yourself in others
  • Tension, exhaustion, or a body that never quite relaxes

Betrayed Partners — navigating the pain of infidelity and compulsive sexual behaviors.

People in Recovery — for those seeking accountability and support in recovery from Compulsive Sexual Behavior or Sex & Porn Addiction.

Couples — rebuilding trust and connection in early recovery.

BIPOC Community — culturally sensitive, affirming, and inclusive support.

Spanish Speaking — bilingual support in your language of comfort.

You didn’t just go through
something hard.

It shaped who you became.

At their core, both therapy and coaching aim to support you in the same way — helping you recognize the patterns, beliefs, and coping responses that shape your life, and gently shift the ones that no longer serve you.

Coaching is a relationship built on partnership, not hierarchy. As your coach, I walk alongside you — not above you — fully honoring how your past may still show up in your present. I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness, and I don’t prescribe medication or work from a clinical or medical model. My role is different: to offer education about how trauma can shape daily life, to explore options and possibilities together, and to support you in setting and reaching goals that matter to you.

Coaching tends to be deeply collaborative — you lead, and I walk beside you, often shaping goals together based on what you want for your life. It’s common for clients to work with both a coach and a therapist at the same time, and I welcome the opportunity to consult with other providers when helpful. Outside of our sessions, I may also offer reflections, resources, or check-ins to support your growth between our time together.

Therapy is typically a longer-term process in which a client works with a licensed therapist or mental health professional to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health concerns. This can take many forms, including psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, and counseling, often incorporating specialized approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or EMDR. Because therapy operates within a clinical framework, it may also include prescribed medication or a structured treatment plan as part of the healing process.

If you’re wondering whether coaching is the right step for you, I’d love to connect. Schedule a Free Consultation Call with me — a warm, judgment-free space to talk about where you are, explore what support could look like, and see if we feel like the right fit to walk this journey together.
