Specialty — Betrayal Trauma Recovery
Something broke.
And every heart in the room
deserves to heal.
Whether you are the one who was shattered by betrayal, the one who caused harm and is ready to face it honestly, or two people who love each other and don’t know if love is enough — you are welcome here. Not to be judged. Not to be fixed. But to be met exactly where you are, and gently guided forward.
One wound. Three experiences. Compassion for all.
Wherever you stand
in this story — you belong here.
Betrayal trauma doesn’t just wound one person — it ripples through everyone it touches. The one who was blindsided. The one who was hiding. The bond that is now holding its breath. Each experience is valid. Each path forward is different. And each one is held here with the same depth of care — without shame, without comparison, without judgment.
01
For the Betrayed
You didn’t ask for this. Your world was upended without your consent. You deserve a space where your pain is believed, your rage is honored, and your healing is centered — fully and without rush.
02
For the Person in Recovery
You are not just your worst choices. If you’re here, something in you wants to understand — and to change. That desire is the seed of everything. This is a space where honesty is safe and growth is possible.
03
For the Coupleship
Love alone doesn’t rebuild trust — but love, honesty, and skilled support can. Whether you are choosing each other again or still deciding, there is a path here for both of you to walk together.
For the Betrayed Partner
You did not deserve this.
Not any of it.
The sleeplessness. The intrusive images. The way you question your own memory, your own worth. The grief of loving someone who hid a whole secret life. Betrayal trauma is real — neurologically, physiologically, emotionally real. And it requires real, skilled support.
PARTNER SENSITIVE APPROACH
You’re not to blame. You’re experiencing betrayal trauma.
We help partners heal and couples rebuild trust, with safety, honest disclosure, and your needs first. We distance ourselves from codependency and co-addict models: just compassionate, trauma-informed care.
1:1 Coaching
Private, individualized support — at your pace, in your language. We work through the shock, the obsessive thinking, the shattered self-trust, and begin to rebuild from the inside out.
- Safety stabilization & nervous system regulation
- Rebuilding your sense of self and identity
- Processing the grief and rage without being consumed
- Decision-making support — stay or go, with clarity
Support Groups
Something tender happens in a room full of people who have walked a similar path, and who understand without needing you to explain. This is a safe community for partners healing from betrayal, where you are witnessed, never compared, and held with care, never told what to do.
- Peer connection with those who truly understand
- Facilitated by a trauma-informed specialist
- Safe, structured, confidential
- Soften the deep isolation that follows betrayal.
Workshops
Immersive, structured learning experiences that give you the map, the language, and the tools — so you’re not navigating this blindfolded anymore.
- Understanding betrayal trauma’s neurological impact
- Reclaiming your narrative and your power
- Boundaries, triggers, and the truth about forgiveness
- Moving toward life beyond the betrayal
For the PERSON IN RECOVERY
Shame is not a strategy.
Change is.
If you’re here, some part of you wants more than to just stop the behavior — you want to understand it. To take genuine accountability. To become someone worthy of trust. That desire is the beginning. This work will ask a lot of you. It will also give you back yourself.

For the Coupleship
Not every couple ends here.
Some begin again.
Rebuilding after betrayal is not about returning to what was — that relationship is over. The question is whether something more honest, more intimate, and more real can be built from the ruins. For some couples, the answer is yes. The path requires extraordinary courage from both partners. And the right guide.
Couples Coaching
Structured support for both partners — moving together through the aftermath with skilled guidance.
From from safety and stabilization, through grief and loss, toward post-traumatic growth and renewed connection.
Not premature forgiveness. Not forced reconciliation. Honest, compassionate navigation of what’s true.
- Conjoint sessions
- Psychoeducation
- Communication rebuilding
- Boundary-setting
Pre & Post Full Disclosure Support
Full therapeutic disclosure — done with proper structure and support — is one of the most powerful acts of truth-telling available to a couple. I provide preparation and integration support for both partners, including polygraph-supported disclosure when chosen.
Disclosure without preparation causes secondary trauma. Done right — with both partners prepared, supported, and held — it can be the moment the healing truly begins. I guide the whole process: before, during, and after.
- Pre-disclosure preparation
- Polygraph-supported disclosure
- Post-disclosure integration
- Impact letter support
ERCEM Model
Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model
Immersive & structured coaching framework, not couples therapy, for the early stages of recovery. While each of you continues your individual work, ERCEM helps both begin rebuilding connection through empathy, compassion, and communication.
- Skills and tools practiced in session at every stage of healing: safety, grief, and growth.
- AVR formula: helps a partner feel heard and less alone with their pain.
- Communication and listening skills: keeping conversations open instead of stuck or disconnected.
- Being a safe container for your partner’s pain: learning to stay present with their pain without turning the focus to your own shame spiral.
IFS-Informed Couples Work
I offer a safe, caring space where both of you can slowly explore what’s going on inside, coregulate, and listen to one another with gentle curiosity. As a Certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, I bring an IFIO-informed approach to our sessions, along with practical tools that help you each understand the different sides of yourselves, the parts that protect you and the parts that feel hurt, and speak to each other from your calmest, most open place.
This work invites both partners to bring all of their inner parts into the room, with vulnerability and empathy, creating the conditions for a depth of intimacy that wasn’t possible before.
This is more than resolving conflict. It’s a chance to truly see each other, including the guarded and tender places, and to choose each other with deeper understanding and compassion.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed couples work
- Parts mapping
- Identify patterns and sequences in conflict
- U-turns toward Self
- Courageous communication towards relational repair
